Eversince I was young, I was a very sensitive and empathic child. Growing up I had a difficult time distinguishing between my own emotional experience, and the experiences of others. This was because I hadn't yet mastered the empathic nature of my nervous system. The sensitivities that then seemed so overwhelming, were dormant intuitive gifts, waiting to awaken. In my young adulthood, in the aftermath of depression and heartache, I started going through an awakening of kundalini energy. As this energy activated within me, my entire life was changed forever. I was put onto a path, where my only option was to align with love. Through this alignment with love, I journeyed into the waters of integrating spiritual expansions and awakenings, while undergoing deep healing of trauma down to the cellular level.
From this alignment with love, I meet you now, within a space where love is the only option.
Beyond the awakening of my intuitive abilities and healing capacity, I have completed a degree in psychology and counselling and integrated various psychotherapeutic modalities and methods. I have learned a great deal by attending countless spiritual retreats, workshops and seminars. I have been blessed to learn from and mentor with several incredible spiritual teachers, healers and masters.
Besides holding space for my own unravelling during countless dark nights of the soul, I have been blessed to hold space for the healing of trauma, and intense kundalini and spiritual awakenings for numerous individuals, who were in need of deep attuned presence and safety.
